Boxes are most of what we deliver during the week.
Our meal boxes have eight compartments. One for rice, one for the dal of the day, two for the sabzis, one for paneer, one for the sweet, one for salad, and one for the side that you did not expect but ended up loving. They go out in food grade trays that hold heat for ninety minutes.
Festival hampers are a different beast. For Diwali we have packed eighteen hundred boxes in three days, each with a mix of namkeen, kaju katli, and a card from the office. For Holi we do thandai shots and gujiya boxes. For Karwa Chauth we send sargi boxes that reach the door before sunrise.
Talk to us a week in advance. For Diwali, ten days. We do not take shortcuts on the count, ever.
