Our stall format is built for crowds. A live tawa for chaats. Sweet trays for the kids. A clear branded backboard so people who walked past once come back for the photo and a plate.
We have done apartment community Diwali fairs, school sports day food courts, corporate offsite carnivals, and the larger commercial food festivals across the city. Our setup time is usually under an hour. The food is finished in front of you, not heated from a backstage.
